PARTY BOOKING POLICIES

AGE POLICY: We are strictly an over 23's venue and management reserve the right to refuse admission on the day should any guests be under the permitted age. Please ensure guests are over 23 prior to your arrival.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Please ensure you receive a booking confirmation, and check that the date, time and number of guests is correct. Please note that until you receive this email, your booking is not confirmed. Please contact reservations@jerryflannerys.ie should you not receive this within 24 hours of booking.

LATE ARRIVALS: We will hold your reservation for 10 minutes after your designated arrival time. If you are running late please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate you.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS: Payments for finger food, cocktail classes etc,. are paid in advance by way of deposit and confirmation of your booking. We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event of a no-show or 48 hours notice not being given, management reserve the right to refuse any requests to refund payments made upfront, and may offer an alternative date at their discretion.

DRINK-ONLY BOOKING POLICY

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: To confirm all large bookings we require card details on file and reserve the right to charge a €100 cancellation fee in the event of a no show or 48 hours notice not being given. You will receive a stripe link once your reservation is reviewed and accepted to add your card. These will need to be added within 24 hours to secure your booking. Should you not receive this link within 24 hours, please contact us, as your booking will not be confirmed until card details have been added.
